Aperol Tincture Recipe: - 8g Sweet Orange Peel - 10g Dried Cranberry - 1g Mugwort - 3g Hibiscus Flowers Soak in neutral spirit to make a homemade extract. “Faux-secco” Recipe: - 64 oz White Grape Juice - 1.5 cups White Sugar - Water to reach a gallon - Premier Classique Wine Yeast (or any white wine yeast) Ferment 2 weeks, rack into secondary & add tincture (~3 oz).
